City in Indiana with a population of nearly 121,000 people in the city limits and more than 300,000 people in the metropolitan area, The city is the third-largest city in Indiana. The city is the social and economic hub for the region, which includes Southwest Indiana, Southeast Illinois and Northwest Kentucky.

The city was looking to have a company identity and audit all current voice and data services for a migration from traditional voice services to SIP. They were also looking for design recommendations and assistance with the migration plan to the new network.

CSG performed an inventory and audit of all voice and data services and provided the city with a clean inventory of their current services. CSG then worked with the city to identify unused services and provided them with a disconnect plan for cost savings. CSG assisted with the disconnects and helped build the migration plan to SIP for a clean implementation.

By providing the city with the inventory, audit of unused services, disconnect assistance and new design for the SIP migration. CSG was able to save the city over $10,000 per month. After project completion the customer had a complete inventory of all their lines in service and cost savings.
