Overview-

Challenge-

The customer was paying about $800 per line for their analog services which is a result of service providers increasing their pricing to phase out copper analog service.

Solution-

CSG performed and audit of all analog services and provided an analog solution that was delivered over IP access (Internet) to help get the customer the services they need and get them off the legacy copper services that are being phased out.

Conclusion-

By providing the correct design, CSG was able to save the customer over $50,000 per month. After project completion the customer had a complete understanding of all their lines in service and cost savings.
