Overview-

Retail company specializing in auto dealer advertising supplies developed specifically for automobile dealerships.

Challenge-

The customer needed to move all their telecommunications from California to Missouri seamlessly with zero downtime.  This included all their voice and data services. Keeping their California numbers active was of high importance, as these numbers were linked to their new facility.  CSG created a seamless process to avoid any disruption on any level.

Solution-

CSG performed an audit of current voice and data services as well as built a database and migration plan.  Our project management team was able to move all services with zero downtime. CSG also performed a post project analysis of all services to ensure that the transition was complete, and all unused services linked to the old location were disconnected to avoid additional costs.

Conclusion-

By providing excellent planning and project management, CSG was able to exceed the customer’s expectations. After project completion, the customer had all services up and running and a complete understating of all their services and associated costs. CSG continues to monitor the customer’s telecom billing as requested with no additional cost to the customer.
